Anyone have advice/recommend a financial advisor and or fin advising company?  I'd like some direction on investing for retirement, mutual funds, and stocks, as I plan to invest in all 3.  Should I go with Fidelity or one of those guys or something a little smaller to help with my planning?

Any tips or help on the above would help!

Thanks.

Anyone out there have success in tax lien investing?  Do I really need to wait a year or more to make a return?  I'm looking to invest some money as I'll have a good chunk soon, teetering between tax liens and mobile homes.  Any advice?  My goal is to make some good cash flow so I can use it to invest more.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks, peeps...

I've seen some informative YOU TUBE videos on the subject.  Basically - see if you can buy one for 5000 bucks and sell it to someone for 15K.  Get a deposit of 2500 and finance your own note to the buyer.  Make back half your investment up front, then collect cash monthly.  Buy another one, then do it again.

Sounds easy, but you have to find a MH that cheap - which will probably be somewhere hard to find.  I'm looking into wholesaling them myself, but let me know how it goes.  Good luck!

Thanks JOhn. My problem is that I can't seem to find who to contact about the property. It lists an 800 number for FAnnie MAe but I'm pretty sure that's not who I need to call. Don't I need to submit to an agent for the bank?

I've read lots on this lately and have a buyer who will buy hud homes if I can get offers accepted. On the website it lists property info but there is no email or phone for the banks to submit offers to. How do I go around this? Do I need to look up the properties on the MLS?

How do I submit offers?

Does anyone invest in Ohio or the midwest?  I am thinking about branching off into those areas.  Good market?  Would love your thoughts...
