I have a tiny cabin in a tiny cabin community. I own the cabin but not the land. The land is leased almost an acre. It’s fully furnished as an airbnb but I need to sell due to debilitating depression. It’s near Rome, Georgia. Can someone guide me to sell the note? Please help thank you so much

Hi I have a cabin near Rome Ga. It’s in a community with leased land. I ended up with debilitating depression and we decided it’s best to sell. How do I even start? Any help would be amazing. Thank you in advance
