Hey everyone,

I'm a foreign investor looking to break into the Pittsburgh real estate market. My goal is to close my first deal by the end of 2024 and start the BRRRR strategy.

My strategy is to focus on single-family homes priced up to $150,000. I plan to make aggressive offers, 20-30% below market value, to appeal to motivated sellers.

I've been considering these areas:

  • Beechview
  • Brookline
  • Penn Hills
  • Troy Hill & Fineview

I'd love to hear your thoughts on these areas and get some more ideas for potential buy-and-hold properties.

Thanks!

Hi!

My name is Miki, and I'm a 23-year-old foreigner looking to make my first real estate investment in Pittsburgh or the surrounding Allegheny County suburbs. We're targeting properties up to $200K, with a focus on BRRRR and potential flips if we find a great deal.

I'm eager to learn from experienced Pittsburgh investors and agents. I'd love to connect with you to gain insights into the local market, before making our first move.

Happy to meet you all!
