I currently own three properties, each managed by a different team. As we navigate through various stages of property management, including renovations and strategizing for resale or rental, I'm looking to gather some insights from this knowledgeable community.

I have a couple of specific questions:

1. Could anyone share their experiences or timelines tracking regarding the initiation and costs of property renovations?

2. I’m also curious about the actual profits you've realized from property ownership after accounting for all expenses.

To streamline this, I’m considering using a simple Google Sheet where managers can list all expenses. What do you think about this approach? Any tools or methods you recommend for better efficiency and transparency?

2. Landlord CRM System. Helps landlords record incidents in a single CRM without needing direct communication with tenants.
3. AI Rental Agent. When looking to rent a property, this AI agent communicates with hundreds of landlords and schedules viewings for you
4. Property Scoring System?

I downloaded all the top app store real estate apps and was impressed by an app, that displays data on land plots by marking them on a map. It can show a vast array of different information from various sources about these plots all on one map. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name now((
