Post: New to wholesale, a LLC question.

Should I get an LLC before I even start wholesaling (for protection)?

Or should I close a few deals before getting an LLC (since LLCs cost money regardless I make money or not)

Thanks

Some wholesalers state on their ads that they can close in 7 days and some in 10 days, can someone explain how they would be going about in doing this?

Thanks

Referral programs, how does it work?

I'm in California (I know that every state is different)

Is it only for agent to agent? Or can anyone can do it?

Referrals are paid once it is closed, how do I know once it is closed?

What if the agent bi-passes me and goes directly to the person I am referring in order to avoid the referral fee?

I tried reading about it online but it didn't make sense to me.

Thanks

 Thanks Dave, that makes sense.
