@frank chin how would you "personally guarantee it"? Thats the part I don't really understand.

What would be the best way to finance your out-of-state investments under an LLC?

Personally, I have good credit, but if the LLC is new, the bank don't look at your credit (pls correct me if I am wrong); and therefore will not lend me money.

Is buying under your personal name and quitclaiming to the LLC the only way?

What is exactly "Sold Through An Application Process, Project Agreement Recorded At Closing Requires Rehab Within 24 Months Of Closing And Before Resale" really mean?

I know its self explanatory above, but can someone explain to me the reason behind it?

Thanks

What are your thoughts on investing in "Ghetto" areas.

Good idea/bad idea? If so, why?

If you are purchasing a property in full cash, how/where do you plug in the full cash amount using the 4 square method.

Do I have to notarize all signed documents (from seller to buyer, from buyer to end-buyer)?

Thanks
