Thanks for the quick replay. So I don't have to send them a certified letter stating the I want the loan that say inprogres on the app removed from my account?

Thanks Jay DeCima for the reply. I just wish there was a way I could serve her a 30 day notice and if she don't move out from my dining room yes she is living in my dining room the sheriff would kick her out. We can not even eat at the kitchen table no more

what if there is more then one lodger in a private residence ? the other two people been liven with me for 6 years but no rental agreement i dont have a problem with them they are good people

wish I never tried to help help her out this is how much of a scammer she is she has three dogs and she has them Certified Service Animals for people with emotional, psychological, hearing, seizure, diabetic problems

 I have 2 other people living with me as witness that I never did that ? should I bring them to court with me ? I work all day so she could have turned the water off and video tape the water turned off she has been though three unlawful detainer cases in the past three years so she knows how to work the system what should I do ? will they even look at her past eviction history ?

I own my house and Iet my sister stay with me tell her son got out of jail in 8 month. This was a Verbal agreement now he is out and she will not go. If I file a unlawful detainer and we go to court and she claims that i turned the water off on her and locked her out of the laundry room so she had to get a motel room will I have to pay her up to $100 a day ? I live in California
