I have gotten several requests lately for video's of the inside of my property from potential guests. Is this becoming a thing, and if you are doing it, what platform are you using since Airbnb will not allow video's?

I'm probably overthinking this, but is it common practice to provide any kind of cable TV or Netflix etc. in a STR? I have been strictly renting to MTR tenants and have provided nothing more than a smart TV and internet access.

Hello All!

I was wondering if anyone has used the worry free waiver insurance from Furnished Finder. I can see where it would be attractive for the tenant, but it seems that it could be a hassle for the landlord. Any insight or reviews would be much appreciated.

Quote from @Tanya Maslach:

Since RN per diems (in KS, MO) is running about $57/hour ($9200/month on 8 hours and 5 days/week) I'm curious to learn what other MTR landlords are earning on their multi family or sfh rentals for this renter avatar.

Thanks everyone.

 Hi Tanya,

Where would I find RN per diem rates?
