@Melissa Searing Hello, Agree with all of the members above.  I am investor in the area and have worked with properties in Ladson and Goose Creek with a decent amount of success.  These areas are growing and rent quickly.  All the best to you.

Congrats.  Agree with @Troy Gandee.  Sounds like a keeper. I too am doing the 2 year tango.  Ilook forward to hearing how it all goes.

Chris, congrats on your closing.  Exciting news my friend.  I don't have anything to offer, but look forward to speaking with you as you navigate this process.  For our investment property we are going with a property manager.  I'll let you know how that goes.  Stay in touch bro.

Thanks @J Scott.  Yeah, Im not looking for something to tell me how much something will cost.  Just looking for an app that I can put my estimated costs into and it automatically tallies the sum.  To your point though, I took some time to develop one that works for me.  Just wish I could plug it into an app..  Thanks again for taking the time man...

 Just looking to quickly input estimates on the fly.  So, if I walk into the house, I can just jot them down and it auto sums the total.  I have one, but its ok - at best.  It's called "renovation budget".  I will definitely check out the link above.  Thanks @J Scott.

@Brandon Purdeu - Thanks.

@Carlos Gutierrez - Appreciate it.  Will definitely be in touch.

@Marilyn Mike - Much obliged.  As a wise man once told me, "There is only one way to eat an elephant."  Best wishes on your first.

@Rachel De Faut - Thanks.  I recently transitioned here from the Wilmington area (Jacksonville to be exact).  Actually going up to Wilmington real soon to visit with a lender friend of mine.

@Sabi Const - A good friend of mine just opened a kitchen and bath business in Mt. Pleasant.  He does great work.  I will pass on your kudos to him.  Thanks.

@Russ Scheider - Thank you sir.  Hopefully we added a little value to that neighborhood.

@Chris Armstrong - I think it was.

@Troy Gandee - This area has a lot of potential.  The city definitely doesn't make it easy to get work done.  But where there is a will, there is a way.

@Paul Timmins - I will check out those resources, thank you.
