@David Wandel Yes I am mailing to the AA County area. I go to the register of wills site for Maryland and do an estate search. 

I am preparing to send out 80 printed white letters to a list I have gathered. I know that is a small number compared to what others are sending out, but my County has all the records online so I will be working on another list this week. 

Is there anybody that would like to share there experience with probate in Maryland? I am looking to make more connections.

Hello, I have posted in the past and had to step back for a little bit. I'm back reading post and listening to podcast. I have been studying subdivisions in Annapolis and driving neighborhoods looking for houses. I am pushing to get letters/postcards out to those houses this month that I have found along with others I find through other marketing strategies.

I would love to partner with some investors on future deals in the Maryland area and would like to know what investors in Maryland are currently seeking? If you could list your criteria I would love to add you to my contact list and find potential deals for you.
