Hello Everyone.  My name is Todd and currently reside in Baltimore County, MD.  I currently work for Baltimore City, but am working towards the goal of becoming a full time real estate investor.  Currently I own 1 rental property.  I am waiting for my home equity loan to be closed on within the next couple weeks.  Once the loan is secured, the search for my first rehab property will commence.  Any advice, tips, or words of encouragement are welcome.  I look forward to being part of the community, and growing professionally with all of you.

I've done several deals in Baltimore County since moving back here a few months ago and there are a lot of successful investors in the area...will you be looking more in the city or the county?
