I purchased an existing contract in Michigan where they have been commonly used for decades. I need a person in Michigan who understands them.

  It looks as if the mortgagor is about to miss payment number three so I want a servicer or an attorney who is familiar with contract law to help me get the contract voided and send these people on their way!
