Thomas Madathil welcome to bp! im just curious. why would you want to move out and buy a new property to live in. why not stay on your current home and just buy an investment property...it will save you time and money i guess...

hi bp members! whats a fair price to replace metal lintels on windows? the tuckpointer guy is charging us 1k each to replace intels for a baywindow with double hung on each side. is this fair? we have total 12windows. please help
