Hi All - I currently own a home and am looking to purchase another one in the next year.  Came to bigger pockets to learn about hopefully finding a property manager and whether it is worth it.  Looking to find other properties in the future.

@Thomas Madathil

Welcome to BP, it's a great site. It is always great to see another Illinois investor on here. :D

Have you read the Ultimate Beginner's Guide? It is a great read (plus free).

Don't forget to make keywords up so you know when someone is talking about your areas of interest.

When you want to tag someone in a post use the @ symbol and start to write their name. A box with their name will pop up and you should click on their name. It will turn blue, like your name did in this post.

When someone writes something you like, you can give them a vote for appreciation.

Good luck & remember
