Carolyn, I recently did a rehab in Seven Valleys, long story short, seller lied about septic and now we are looking into litigation so between that and my job I am not doing much but I am still  looking for wholesale deals anywhere in York County.. Dallastown,Red Lion school district is a great place to look. Come to a REA meeting on Tuesday evenings at the Yorketowne Hotel to network. Great bunch of guys. I can let you know when we have the next meeting. What price range are you looking at?

I am a new investor in York county Pa. I am interested in wholesale deals and hope to be dong one deal  a month and sell my current cleaning business within a year or 2. I have take Cody Sperber's course and am looking forward to a net income of at least $100K per year. I love to read and study real estate and want to hone my to negotiating skills. I am a realativley new wholesaler. I am not having trouble finding the deals but I really need more connections for private money. I am in York County, Pa. Hints and  advice on trying to contact private lenders appreciated.
