I am a new investor in York county Pa. I am interested in wholesale deals and hope to be dong one deal a month and sell my current cleaning business within a year or 2. I have take Cody Sperber's course and am looking forward to a net income of at least $100K per year. I love to read and study real estate and want to hone my to negotiating skills.
