Post: Will housing crash in 2026 or has it already crashed? Expert called last two crashes.

The median home price to median income ratio is much higher currently than it was in 2006 before the last crash, and way above historical norms.  IMHO this is not sustainable.  I look at appraisals from various markets around the country.  It appears home prices are starting to trend down in many markets.  I would build as large of a pile of cash as you can and wait until there is blood in the water. That is when the deals will be tremendous.
