Hello!

We are currently looking to branch into the DFW market specifically into the Multifamily space and am looking for a good property manager to team up with. Any good suggestions?

Keith, there are still great areas in Sacramento to purchase. What are you trying to accomplish? Are you looking for long-term holds? I've done four duplex hacks for clients in the last few months and just wrote another one today. 95820 is a great area. South Tahoe Park, Colonial Heights, Colonial Village. Live in one side rent out the other. This is the one I just close for a VA buyer 2/1 725sqft each goes for 1300 a month, so he's living on the other side for $700. That's what he was looking to do. What are you trying to do?
