@Robert DiMontova thank you for reaching out Robert I’m sorry it took me this long to reply. I’ve been working on being more present on this app. I just sent you a request to connect. Would love to attend one of these meet ups some time or even grab a cup of coffee with you in the future. Private message me if you’d like to chat more! Thanks again!

@Colin M. I am brand new to investing and do not have any properties yet, BUT I do live in Poughkeepsie and am currently looking for properties in Poughkeepsie and the surrounding areas as well. It is definitely an up and coming area and there are many houses that could use a good rehab that have potential for profit. You do have to pay attention to the specific locations though because there are some really rough areas with a lot of crime.

Hello everyone, I’m a beginner in the space whose been trying to self teach myself how to get into real estate investing. I’ve read books and have watched plenty of helpful YouTube videos, and am at the point where I’m pretty hungry to start. I’d like to know what your opinions were about attending seminars, paying for expensive mentorships, or coaching programs. Personally, I feel like I could benefit from some seminars, but really wanted some other opinions on how necessary or helpful a coaching or mentorship program could be, especially considering how pricey they can be. To be clear, I am willing to to spend money for my education, just wanted some other opinions. Thank you.
