I'm also in the Navy and was in San Diego before, now I'm in Lemoore working to learn the market in this area.

You have the VA Loan available to you being in the military. Not sure how SFH Market is down there now is in San Diego, but you should definitely check it out. Bakersfield however may have a better market.

Hi Mike why not post it up on AirBnB instead of doing the extra work as an LLC then when you have more vacation rentals then look into creating an LLC.

Good morning everyone. I am curious to know if anyone has heard or tried this app yet. I believe it is an iOS app for now. It is a live expert help for home improvement. The mechanics behind it is a live video chat with home and garden experts. 

I will try it out later on this week and is interested to know any of your thoughts on it. Thank you.
