I recently had a client move to Elberta, Alabama, and loves it there. Anyone have any experience in Baldwin County for investing? any tips or advice about the area? I'm in Southern California and prices are simply too high here. 

I currently live in Orange County and am looking to invest out of the area. I've seen a few good deals in Chula Vista and the surrounding areas. Any advice from current investors or landlords? I'm set to see a few properties this weekend, but any advice would help.

I recently had a friend transferred to Huntsville, AL. and they love it! Told me there is good potential for real estate investing. Does anyone know anything positive or negative about this area?
