@Shawn McEntee thats great that you were able to keep the condo. It's a great investment to be able to start off with and have especially when looking to continue investing. Anywhere with proximity to trains or commuter rail are great options and where a lot of renters look for lower prices but still have the convenience. I have worked with a couple investors looking in Salem because of the commuter rail there. If you want to talk about more specifics and locations to start looking at prices and rents to see if they make sense for what you want to do, feel free to message me and we can go more into depth.

Hi @Joe Garramone, I've worked with a lot of clients who do that in the area. As Brian said, an attorney will be able to set up the condo docs that you will need to separate everything and draft a budget depending on what your plan is for the association. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out and I would be happy to answer them or point you in the right direction. Where are the properties?

Hi @Drew Slew,

I am very familiar with Lexington and have gone through the same process with a few clients. I also know a couple contractors/developers in Lexington that are very familiar with the zoning codes and build new construction homes frequently if you had questions or needed help from them. It sounds like a great deal and I would be happy to help you out or talk more with you about your thoughts and goals.

Hey @Dimitri Savidis

There are a lot of options still in the Greater Boston area. Some deals and especially in certain areas just don't make sense because of the prices and competition but I'm a believer that there are always deals to be had depending on what you are looking for and what your goals are. I would be happy to talk more with you about everything especially if you have specific questions. Let me know!
