@Christian Nachtrieb yes I would have them handle the whole process. Like Louis said, if you say the wrong thing to them or they "take it the wrong way", it can land you in a sticky situation

Hi @Christian Nachtrieb, I agree with Lior and would definitely have an attorney do it for you. The last thing you want to do is say the wrong thing (without even knowing it) and getting yourself into trouble and prolonging the process. If the lawyer takes care of the process, hopefully it can go as smooth as possible. Best of luck!

I did a quick search on MLS for rentals in Randolph that rented in the last 6 months and got:

3 bed: ~$2000

2 bed: ~$1700

1 bed: ~$1300

Not sure what the conditions are for yours or the differences but there's an approximate value. I also agree about checking hotpads and a couple other sites since not all rentals go into MLS and there could be more data out there. Hope it helps!

Hey @Randall McHugh, a lot of information has already been shared about some areas and I agree with Charlie and Jarrod mentioned. Prices are high but there are also some great opportunities depending on where you are looking and what your situation is. If you have some more specific questions or just want more info, I would be happy to explain more if I can.

Welcome to BP @Dimitrios Iliou! The first thing to start is by building your "team" that you will need for the whole process. Networking is key. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about the market in the Greater Boston Area as best as I can.

Hi @Gretchen Mather, I live in Burlington as well. I am going to try to get over to the event tomorrow but am also happy to set up a time to meet for coffee some time and hear more about what you do as well.
