Hey @Daniel Stanton, I work as a Realtor North of Boston. I do most of my work inside the 95/128 belt and there are a lot of good deals around. Prices are a lot higher recently since there is a shortage of inventory in general but there are always deals to be found. Are you specifically looking in Salem or are you open to areas around there as well? As @Dana Bullsaid, Salem does offer a lot of value and are improving a lot. And yes it is tough to be paying a lot more and still get the same rent.
