We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, positive, professional full-time sales associate to work in our Acquisitions team buying properties from sellers in the Portland area and southern Washington.

We are a small private Real Estate investment company with many years of experience investing in the Pacific Northwest. Our team is small and tight knit, and the work we do is challenging and always changing. Our environment is informal yet professional, and we operate with a startup mentality – we work quick, lean, and as a team. And results matter!

We are seeking a charismatic, friendly, sincere self-starter who learns quickly, thinks for themselves, always acts ethically, works hard without being pushed by a boss and has a very high degree or personal accountability. Someone who lives these qualities will thrive in this organization. Someone who does not live them will struggle and fail. This position is not for everyone, but for the right person looking to develop a career in Real Estate investing, this is an unprecedented opportunity for a career and a business.

The position:

This is an Acquisitions position. You will receive lots of incoming leads by phone and online, and meet many sellers face-to-face. You will evaluate a LOT of investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. You will be a primary person for both negotiating and problem solving with sellers to meet their needs and acquire properties. Some of your time will be spent in the office, on the phone, and some time will be spent traveling to properties and meeting with sellers. Hours will vary and have some flexibility. While you will receive incoming leads, a big part of the position is actively prospecting for leads on your own. Hustle is a HUGE part of this job, whether it's generating leads or working with a seller to solve their most pressing problems. Leads come in at all hours, so you need to be someone who seizes upon the opportunity, regardless of when it comes!

We Offer:

Compensation will be made up of generous commission. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. We provide specialized sales / negotiation training and support for our people – we are invested in you and your success! We do expect you to make a commitment of at least 12 – 18 months, and hopefully much, much longer! The right person will be compensated very well in this position and no two days will be exactly the same!

I have 1300 prospect files I have assigned the same follow up sequence to. I did this pretty quickly by exporting the leads and populating the follow up sequence type through Excel, then, I imported the spread sheet and voila, follow up sequences were assigned. The downfall, is it appears that I have to go into each file individually and hit start which is extremely time consuming. Is there a way for me to start these sequences without having to go into each file and click start? This could take weeks. Thanks for any help you are able to give.
