@Tony Han Thanks for the welcome! Although my experience has been with a flip, I am leaning towards multi-family rentals. But if there was a flip that made sense, I would definitely consider it.

Hello All. 

My name's Mike and I recently found out about Bigger Pockets. What a great and informative site!

Although not a seasoned pro, I've dealt with a little bit of REI (1 SFH Flip) in the past but am now looking to take on a more full-time position in Real Estate.
