@Jayden Pudney Also, you can go to your local real estate clubs. Many have a haves/wants time where attendees can announce to the audience what they have or want. I just went to a meeting last night and saw a a couple of properties sold through the haves/wants announcement. Hope this helps

@Jayden Pudney You might try reaching out to @Jack Butala I believe he works with raw land deals. Best of luck.

@Curtis Bidwell Congrats on the deal! I wonder if people simply glossed over this property because it had been on market for so long.

@Alex Sanfilippo Congrats on the sale! 3 cash offers in the first day? That's great. Is this pretty common for listings in Jacksonville these days?

@Tanesha Mills I second what @Nicole A. mentioned. Find local meetings and network. As much as I like BP, there's some great value in meeting the local players face to face.

@Pyrrha Rivers That's awesome. I actually connected with @Daniel Ryu through BP as well. I'm constantly surprised at how receptive other BP members are in speaking/meeting/sharing. Best of luck!

I would definitely agree with what @Vanessa Vandervalk @Christopher Gill have mentioned. Learn as much as you can and network with the local players.
