Hi I'm new to the forum. I have a lot of construction experience knowing how to repair, renovate or build houses. I have been out of the 'business' for a while and don't know what the costs are now. I would like to walk into an possible investment property and be able to get a 'good' estimate on the repair costs in a short time without having to contact a general contractor or subs for their estimates. Does anyone have any ideas that could be of assistance? I have heard of apps that does this but, I don't know if they account for the labor cost as well as the fixture costs. Thanks,
