Hi,

I am about to close on a house that I will be rehabbing.  Can anyone suggest what type of insurance I need  I saw on some old posts builder's insurance and vacent home insurance  Not sure which one I need the house is located in New York.    Thanks in advance.  

The state is made up of multiple counties.  Within these counties are multiple townships. Within these townships are cities, villages or hamlets(towns).   People often refer their township as the "town" and their hamlet as their "town" thus causing some confusion. I hope this helps.
