Anyone have referrals for property management companies in northeast NJ? Looking for companies in the Newark area and would be great to get some referrals.

Anybody investing in Poconos, PA STR? Any tips or experiences would be great.

Also, I’m looking to buy one or two properties and need to look for cleaning services and a contractor/handymen in the area. Any recommendations would also be appreciated.

Def varies depending on location for the better or worse. A landlord friendly county would be great. However, speaking as a landlord who had to go through the eviction process, not every renter has good intentions, and the thought of having an Airbnb tenant is scary. To me at least. Would hate to have an Airbnb renter turned tenant with moratorium protections.

If you’re able to vet the person(s) appropriately than that might be a chance your willing to take. I would suggest to at least be familiar with both the landlord/tenant laws in your area as well as the eviction process so you’re well informed.

I would steer away from the 30 day mark. This is when your renter can become a tenant and would be tough to evict. Remember it’s a short term rental and there are situations of renters subletting properties that they rent for longer terms at a markup to others.

@Raymond Temprano it’s off of Belleville Ave and backs on to Hendricks.  Youre near the entrance and I was alongside it.  

Anyone have recommendations for property management companies in the Camden, NJ area?

Does anyone have handyman or contractor referrals for a small rehab that service Camden, NJ area?

Any leads would be helpful.
