Where would you all recommend I go to further my property management/real estate knowledge? What courses, books, blogs, podcasts would you recommend?

Hi Jason! I know CompanyCam has a video walkthrough feature, before and after templates, and to-do lists. Might just be the scheduling element CompanyCam doesn't offer. CompanyCam also integrates with a bunch of softwares, so that could also be an option!

The advice to read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Very VERY impactful for me, particularly early on in my financial-learning journey.

Hi!! I work for a visual-first communication app with a specialization in the trades that include agents, property managers, contractors etc. I am on the content team, hoping to make educational (and interesting!) videos that individuals in the property management space enjoys!

What topics and themes would be good to explore? Do you have a favorite YouTuber I should look into from inspiration?

In regards to a software that could help with more monetary management, you should look into Appfolio. I've heard good things. A lot of our users have an account with Appfolio.
