Looking for CompanyCam Alternatives

Hi All,

I'm a Realtor helping a Property Manager at my brokerage find some software to help with his business. He's looking for something that can help with move in/move out process such as before/after photos, scheduling, and assigning tasks to PMs for each walk through. He already has his own software to manage tenants during their lease, he's now looking for something to help with before/after walkthroughs that he can also someday integrate into his software via some sort of API.

So far all I have seen that seems like a good option is CompanyCam but I'm not sure if there are others like it. I searched for alternatives to CC but it mostly points to RentRedi, AppFolio, etc, other cloud based options that he doesn't need. If anybody has some feedback and can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Cheers!
