I appreciate the prompt responses from everyone. At present, the property is occupied by tenants, and I have communicated with them regarding temporary accommodation in a hotel during the ongoing process. Despite the recent floor tile installation and property remodeling, I have made the decision to proceed with a full replacement since it will be a long term hold. The contracted professionals have assured me that they will minimize any potential damage. Your inputs has been invaluable, and thank you all for your responsivenes!

I'm dealing with a collapsed pipe issue near the bathroom in my property, and the plumber's quote seems quite high. I'm curious about the average costs for fixing such a problem. Additionally, considering the house is on a cast iron pipe system, I'm wondering if it might be more practical to replace the entire system to avoid future issues. Your insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

more than likely the tenant had a remaining balance when they closed the previous account. They can try to ask for payment plans for the deposit.
