Hi All,

I'd first like to thank BP and everyone involved, honestly you guys/girls rock with the plethora of information and everyone's feedback.  You should be commended. 

I just want to do a quick introduction.  I'm a realtor, however, have been inactive for several years. I never really got into the "traditional" side of things and have just recently re-activated my license.  Most of my career has been in advertising & marketing on my own in business ownership.  My past and current business partner (a C.P.A) have decided to join together once again to begin investing in properties. More specifically, we want to flip & buy/hold duplexes & quadraplexes in both the Tampa Bay area and Ft. Myers area.
