I have a house that I own free and clear, I'm trying to get a loan to make repairs so that I can continue renting it out. The last tenants left. Unfortunately, my LTV is at 75%. I never missed a payment on cards. My credit score is 677. I can't get a HELOC because of my LTV. I need the loan so I can pay down my cards so I can get the Heloc. At the moment the interest rates on the cards make it hard to catch up. Any ideas would be appreciated.

correction DTI is 75% not LTV

I would have interest in something like this. Shoot me an email to discuss

That is basically what I'm trying to do. You hit it right out of the park. I will definitely call you tomorrow. What's a good time?

when renting out a house should the tenants pay the utility separately or should I include that in the rent, same question if I were to make it a section 8 rental.

Hello BP community, I own a house free and clear which I rent out to my best friend. I've own this house since 2018 an looking to take a loan against it to purchase another rental property. It's not under an LLC.

Hello BP members, I'm looking to get into Hard Money lending. Mostly interested in short term Hard Money Loans. Does anyone now of any sites that i can go to, and find potential borrowers?
