Yes Rick, I would just be checking to ensure the title is transferable and also looking into any other issues that would prevent a smooth closing.

HI BP users!

I am a new wholesaler in the Trenton, NJ area. I am ready to get things rolling, however, I am reluctant to begin without pursuing legal counsel to go over my contracts. Can anyone in the Central Jersey area recommend an investor friendly real estate agency and Title Agency? All advice is appreciated!

Thanks

MR

Hi BP Users!

I am searching for a real estate attorney in the Central New Jersey area to run my contracts by and seek other legal advice. Can anyone recommend a real estate attorney that they used or they know of. Please provide full name as I will search for their contact info on Google or on BP.

Thank you!

Like $1,000. For double closing, theres 1 attorney here that charges 2% of the offer plus 2% for bringing funds (In NJ, you need to bring money for each party A, B, C for double closing) IDK about NC. U have to find a friendly investor attorney. If u talk to an Attorney and he doesnt know what an assignment or double closing is, u instantly find another one. You do not want a person who doesnt know what they are doing. Remember, even though it cost you money, your Attorney is a key player in your business because he will close the deals and get you paid, so u want someone who knows what they are doing.

Just ask someone whos from NC for an Attorney near your area or just start calling and interviewing them.

Hi Ryan,

Can you clarify what you meant by you need to bring money for each part?
