Hello  Bp Investors!

I currently have a 3 unit multifamily lead in Trenton, NJ where the owners are going through a divorce and they want to sell their joint rental property quickly. This is my first time working a divorce lead. Any suggestion on how I should/need to navigate this is appreciated.

Agents can break a deal very quickly. Wholesalers in my market stay away from agents because of their lack of investing knowledge. You can find FSBO on Zillow and they are worth reaching out to. Just read through them carefully because my wholesalers also use this section to advertise their deals. Best wishes.
