Her parents cosigned for her, so they are on the hook. Find someone who speaks the language of the father and ask them to translate for you. It might help.

Those are all basically the things I have on my website. None are discriminatory in any way. It's fine.

I agree with all of this. I have had to fire clients in the past, because they wanted me to do things their way, which was the wrong way.  :-)

I once had a owner I worked with. When the tenants moved out after having lived there for several years, she wanted to walk the property with me. Ok, that's fine. She wanted me to ding their security deposit for every little thing. There was a scratch on the garage door. "Charge them for this." And on it went...
I tried to explain to her what normal wear and tear was. But she was expecting a pristine property when they moved out. Very unrealistic. There was no reasoning with her.

Had to fire that client. It happens.

I agree with the suggestions above. Also, do they both have a baby? If only one has a baby, mystery solved.
