@Ali Boone I read your articles, very good info. I loved investing in RE, but was scared off by the 2008 crash, wish I had been more active these last 2-3 years.Now that we are almost at the top of the cycle, I need to be more careful.

When buying in Indy or KC, do you use turn key or form your own team. Any referrals are really appreciated.
