That Calculator is not the same info as the airdna calculator BP had before. It doesn't bring the annual gross income which is huge in helping someone to decide if the deal is worth it. That is one of the reasons I am a Pro member. Please bring it back. This new calculator is basically the free one real estate influencers are giving for free.

@Michael Haynes Since you seem to know the market well. May I ask a question...Does Tampa and St. Peterburg have any STR restrictions and how do you feel about the investing there for LTR? Thanks.

Call the city planning dept. They will tell you the regulations for your property. Since it not STR you should be fine without any issues. But its always best to confirm with them.

I believe they are doing one for multi units starting soon. You don't have to be live. They will send you recordings.
