@Abel Curiel thanks for the information.Im usually driving for dollars and combing my local neighborhoods but it’s only so many places you could go in certain neighborhoods to find deals until it runs low.So I kind of wanted to switch things up.

Trying to find ways to find a buyers/sellers list without driving for dollars paying for a list?Want to be able to network digitally without doing what the majority of wholesalers are doing.Any suggestions?

@Frank Patalano not being able to close deals it’s been an uphill battle.They always think I’m a scam or the dont want to wholesale they want to sale it themselves.What should I do or where should I look for buyers?
