How would you go about an effective 5 year marketing and promotion plan?

@Ray A Delfi do you meet them at REI meetings???and have you closed on any deals???

@Ray A Delfi I think I need to work on sharpening my knowledge on the game and using the right words to present to my potential clients.Sometimes I get tripped up when asked certain questions.Thats my only problem because the deals are abundant.I have not problem gaining the deals,I just have to close them.

@Ray A Delfi thanks I am familiar with the formula I just wanted to see the different answers so I could identify a solution to the problem if there was one.So i am on the right path.I assume still kinda of new to the wholesale thing.My next step is closing a deal I’ve been involved in many but haven’t closed any yeah.Cant stop gotta keep going!
