@Karl B. I agree with that- plus most people assume that if you own investment properties, then you must have to fix toilets at 2am.

Most are just not informed or haven’t taken the time to research properly

I didn’t mean for this to be a discussion about whether or not I should go back to college- I’ve made my choice, and whether or not it was a bad idea, I was just asking for advice on where to go from here. Thank you everyone for the input. I’m still in the process of reading all of your comments

@James Rippeon couldn’t have said it better.

I like the phrase ‘wherever you go, there you are.’

It puts all the responsibility on you. Wherever you end up, it’s a result of either your action or inaction.

It all comes down to your goals. Do you want to be safe and careful? For some that’s perfectly fine, but I think while I’m 20 years old I can afford to take the highest risks now rather than later.
