Hello all

I have a house next door to where I live that is For sale by owner. I have never invested or done a deal before.  Ive invested in real estate investing courses through some sources so I know a little about the different exit strategies. For this property I want to get in and out so I was thinking about a hard money to help me out. Would it be crazy to go with a hard money loan or is there another route I should take. I want to do this deal without using my own money. Any Suggestions?

Ok So i am new to this real estate adventure. I was told that wholesaling was the way to go since i am just starting out. The problem is that I dont have a car. Is it possible to wholesale properties without any means of transportation? Also I need to find a flipper or someone that buys houses in the Douglasville GA area the can mentor me and guide me. Any suggestions?

I am thinking about getting my real-estate licence to help me with my investing. Would doing so be a big help or am I just wasting my time?

My name is Michael Watkins from Atlanta, Ga. I am new the this game of real estate investing and cannot wait to do my first deal.  My wife and I want to start out flipping homes.
