Hello Everyone,

My name is Michael Watkins from Atlanta, Ga. I am new the this game of real estate investing and cannot wait to do my first deal.  My wife and I want to start out flipping homes. We have taken several courses on what to do and what not to do and I think we are ready. I want to meet other investors in the Atlanta area because we can never stop learning.
