Yes the hold is key on this. But that is real estate.

Totally agree...except when 200 units are the next opportunity.  Then...it's time to go. 

But I am still looking at Newburgh  seems that once it got in my blood it did not go away.

Right now I am jumping out as the prices are too high. Following my strategy as I did in Jersey City.  Taking my return, which are substantial, and waiting for the dip then will get back in. There will be one as there still is a lack of gov direction. 

What other areas are you seeing as opportunities upstate/misstate?

I am interested in investing in upstate NY around the Monticello, Middletown and Newburgh, etc.. areas (i guess 'mid-state'). Basically within 100 miles of Jersey City NJ 

I like the market upstate and the cash flow.

What types of deals are you all seeing. Ideally I would like to invest in multifamily 30+ units.

@Nadia White I totally agree with your last post. Although the process of building my business is tough. I would not exchange it for anything. Thank you.
