Looking for information on investing in tax liens and/or tax deeds.  Anyone have any experiences good or bad?  Any good books or websites on learning how to invest in tax liens and/or tax deeds?  Thanks

Just food for thought!  I just read the book written by the owners of Zillow.  Probably the best book on market analysis and what makes neighborhoods appreciate more than others.  Honestly, couldn't put the book down.  One example is houses a mile or less from a Starbucks!  They back everything they write up with statistics.  They also write about gentrification and how neighborhoods gentrify...examples NY neighborhoods.  Just wanted to throw that out.  Thanks

My question is about purchasing wall maps of cities and/or towns!  

I am looking to purchase one or more maps to track houses sold and houses currently on the market.  I would like the map(s) to be big enough to easily view streets and isolated neighborhoods.  The maps would be of Massachusetts communities...Any suggestions on size and locations to purchase same?  Thanks

I'm not expert...just curious about the $1,200 taxes on a unit that size?  Is that possible?  I don't know anything about Tennessee real estate or the property taxes in that area?  Thanks
