Looking to partner with a Broker in Lowell, MA part-time

I'm getting into RE investing, have a contractor background and a Masters in Business (and have owned a few small businesses).  I'm going for my Real Estate License and want to learn and start buying properties to invest in.  I have no interest in becoming full-time as I have an excellent job, but I want to learn from someone and help them in return.  Basically looking for a Mentor to work their deals with them and do some of my own as well.  Win/Win situation.  If there's anyone out there that is interested please shoot me a note.  I'll be at the Waltham Black Diamond meeting tonight as well.
