Hello!

I made the first step in purchasing my first rental property! I am gearing up to rent it out soon...Where can I find a lease to use with my future tenants? 

I am ready to take my first step into real estate investing. I have consumed tons of real estate content over the past year or so and believe I have a good basis of knowledge to begin my journey.

I am looking to purchase in the Orlando, Florida area. I have been analyzing properties non-stop for the past week or so and feel like I am beginning to spin my wheels a bit. Over analyzing. Rethinking my strategy constantly. Also, feel like my report inputs may be wrong which could be skewing my results. Need help/guidance.
