Does anyone know of John Vitale in St. Louis??. Supposedly has his own construction company and claims to be private money lender.( how or are they regulated ? How can you investigate them??)

@Mindy Rowe I’m eager myself too to pull the trigger. Syndication is def intriguing to me . Google grant Cardone if you don’t know who he is . He has a bunch if you tube videos and is on Facebook . That’s all he does is pitch funds for accredited and non accredited investors.
